Izzet brings over 25 years of experience across all aspects of the construction and residential design industry, with a portfolio that includes more than $500 million in completed projects. His expertise spans residential and commercial design, managing multimillion-dollar ventures from start to finish. Specializing in land acquisition, planning, entitlements, and permit procurement, he collaborates closely with clients, ensuring their satisfaction on more than 150 completed projects.
Izzet holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Woodbury University in Burbank, CA, and furthered his education in Paris, known for its architectural depth. Early in his career, he worked internationally on diverse projects in Germany, Sweden, and Turkey, contributing to hotels, homes, wineries, and large retail developments worldwide.
Passionate about customer service and project management, Izzet eventually began developing his own projects, including revitalizing abandoned sites, and earned his contractor’s license in Idaho. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, art, and design, finding inspiration in his extensive travels.
